Game Cancellations 4/

GAME CANCELLATION POLICY 2010

Any schedule changes should be handled as follows. First, contact the opposing team to select a possible date for the game. You may want to check the Arbiter spreadsheet which lists all league games. Second, contact Grant Nielsen through email at gnielsen52@yahoo.com to request a change of officials. Game cancellations will be posted on the ULA website. Remember that all conference games must be rescheduled. Thanks.

For last minute and weather cancellations please contact ULA office staff at or 801-255-5343 before 2:00 pm on the day of the game (weekdays only). If the office is not open, please leave a message.  Then begin the rescheduling process. Also, contact Grant Nielsen so he can cancel the officials. Grant can be reach using any of the following means: home - (801) 280-9452, mobile - (801)680-0453, work - (801) 746-1366, email - gnielsen52@yahoo.com. Please be aware that if the officials are not cancelled and they show up for a game both teams will share in paying for their time. PLEASE make every effort to cancel a game early enough to contact everyone involved.

In a follow-up email message the cancellation requirements were clarified as 3 hours prior to game time. Failure to cancel with at least 3 hours notice would result in a $50 per team fee to reschedule the game. Failure to make payment will result in the $50 fee being deducted from the Coaching Stipend.
