*Youth Refs Note: The trainees should bring their youth rulebook (the blue one they got in the mail in January), SSN, USL number, phone #, address and email they check regularly.  Games begin April 21st, they will need a whistle, striped shirt and flags before games begin.

* College Officials Note: Mandatory for COC officials to attend one session. For COC officials only, COC clinic attendance fulfills High School training. For HS officials wishing to attend the COC clinic, please note that attendance does not fulfill your HS training obligation. Please note that space is very tight on January 30, so HS officials are welcome to attend on a space-available basis but a seat is not guaranteed.

* High School Note: To be an eligible high school official you must attend one Rules and one Mechanics session. Attendance at the January 30 COC clinic fulfills either a Rules or Mechanics session. New high school officials should attend a "pure" high school clinic vs. the COC session.
