Junior Girls - 7th & 8th Grade                      Thunder Girls - 4th-6th Grade

Spring 2008 Important Dates:

Jun. 7th	Last regular season game day.
Jun. 9th	Play Off Games (Junior League Only)
Jun. 11th	Championship Games (Junior League Only)

 

June 9th play off games: Game 1: Evergreen vs Riverton 6pm
Game 2: Waterford vs North Salt Lake 7:30pm at Mt. Jordan Middle School

June 11th Championship Game: 6pm at Mt. Jordan Middle School

Junior Girls will play with Modified Checking.
Thunder Girls will play with NO Checking.

REFUND POLICY

    The ULA will withhold 10% of the registration for refunds requested before the first game day of the season. The 10% is for Active's processing fees. Absolutely no refunds will be given after the first game day of the season. No refunds given on US Lacrosse membership fees. The ULA will cut you a check for the refunded amount, so we will need an email from you with refund in the subject box. In the body we'll need your full name, your child's full name, and mailing address.

    If you wish to cancel your membership with US Lacrosse you must contact them at 1.410.235.6882 ext. 102.
